減速電機(jī)　Gear motor

減速電機(jī)是指減速機(jī)和電機(jī)(馬達(dá))的集成體。這種集成體通常也可稱為齒輪馬達(dá)或齒輪電機(jī)。

通常由專業(yè)的減速機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠進(jìn)行集成組裝好后成套供貨。減速電機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于鋼鐵行業(yè)、機(jī)械行業(yè)等。使用減速電機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是簡(jiǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)、節(jié)省空間。

 Gear motor means the integration of gear reducer and motor.This integration can normally be refered to as geared motor.
Supply after integrating,assembling by professional manufacturers of gear motor.Geared motor are widely used in steel industy,machinery industry and so on.The advantage of gear motor is to simplify design and save space.

直流無刷電機(jī)　Brushless dc motor

無刷直流電機(jī)由電動(dòng)機(jī)主體和驅(qū)動(dòng)器組成，是一種典型的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品。由于無刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)是以自控式運(yùn)行的，所以不會(huì)象變頻調(diào)速下重載啟動(dòng)的同步電機(jī)那樣在轉(zhuǎn)子上另加啟動(dòng)繞組，也不會(huì)在負(fù)載突變時(shí)產(chǎn)生振蕩和失步。中小容量的無刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的永磁體，現(xiàn)在多采用高磁能積的稀土釹鐵硼（Nd-Fe-B）材料。因此，稀土永磁無刷電動(dòng)機(jī)的體積比同容量三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)縮小了一個(gè)機(jī)座號(hào)。

Brushless dc motor is composed of motor main part and drive,which is a typical mechatronic products.Since the brushless dc motor operate based on self-control operation,it will not start additional winding like overloaded and started synchronous motor under frequency control,also it will not produce oscillations and step out when the load mutates.Small-capacity permanent magnet of brushless dc motor,now more used by high magnetic rare earth neodymium iron boron(Nd-FeB)material.Thus,the volume of rare earth permanent magnet brushless dc motor is reduced by more than a frame size compared with the same capacity of a three-phase asynchronous motors.




微型直流電機(jī)　Micro motor

1.微型直流電機(jī)的效率一般都要高于其他類型的電機(jī)，所以達(dá)到相同的輸出功率，直流電機(jī)的體積一般都比較小。對(duì)于安裝位置有限的情況下，微型直流電機(jī)相對(duì)比較合適。

2.微型直流電機(jī)有個(gè)特點(diǎn)是電機(jī)可以根據(jù)負(fù)載大小，自動(dòng)降速，來達(dá)到極大的啟動(dòng)扭矩。這一點(diǎn)交流電機(jī)就比較困難。另外直流電機(jī)比較容易吸收負(fù)載大小的突變，電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速可以自動(dòng)適應(yīng)負(fù)載大小。

1,micro dc motor efficiency in general are higher than other types of motors,so achieving the same output power,the volume of dc motors are generally small.In the cased of limited installation position,micro motor is relatively appropriate.

2,The micro motor has a characteristic that motor can automatically speed down according to load size to achieve maximum starting torque,The ac motor is difficult regarding this point.Also dc motor is easier to absorb sudden changes of the size of load,and the motor can automatically adapt to the load size




微型振動(dòng)馬達(dá) Micro vibration motor

主要用于手機(jī)的微型振動(dòng)馬達(dá)是屬于直流有刷電機(jī)，馬達(dá)軸上面有一個(gè)偏心輪，當(dāng)馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的時(shí)候，偏心輪的圓心質(zhì)點(diǎn)不在電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)心上，使得馬達(dá)處于不斷的失去平衡狀態(tài)，由于慣性作用引起震動(dòng)。

Micro vibration motor,which is mainly used in mobile phones,is belong to dc brush motor,this is a eccentric wheel on the motor shaft.When the motor rotates,the center of the eccentric wheel partical is not in the heart of motor rotation so that the motor is constantly out of balance,then vibrates due to inertia.
